Hi all, I am trying my best to stay informed and thus respectful. My question may be regarded rude, but I pray not as it is certainly not intended as such. Q you are now a full Transgendered man right? Are you now considered "gay" if you date men or "lesbian" if you date girls. Or is it more of you only date within your transgender community? Curiosity from my end so if you don't want to respond, I will respect that. Best wishes.

I have been working on trying to use gender neutral terms as the normal for people when I don't know how they want to be referred to as. As I feel breaking down the cis het normativity in society will go a long way to making society as a whole more accepting of differences which can then be refined to fit individuals. I've also found most people tend to not be bothered by gender neutral terms in general, unlike how upsetting using the wrong gendered terms can be. Even among people who are bigoted, they tend to not even notice unless it is specifically brought up to them. For me, my dysphoria tends to be fairly mild or wrapped up in other things, like a generic disdain for being human. Which made it kind of hard to tell I was trans and something I've been exploring for the last twenty years and only recently coming to terms with my whole identity. The biggest tip off for me has been the euphoric moments when someone refers to me in the way that lines up with my current side, or at least in a way that doesn't piss off my current side. Yay, fluidity. Even the side that lines up mostly with how I was assigned and present, it'll never be quite right, largely due to an unknown connective tissue disorder with a fair level of severity. Building muscle and bulking up is nearly impossible for me, as is building endurance, I also heal like shit from injuries. So, attaining the masc body my masc side wants, was never an option. Which has made that side of me quite apathetic and nihilistic about appearance, pronouns, name, and most of what anyone else thinks. While my fem side has given up that my body will ever be remotely close to what she wants either, I'd have to literally reduce my mass by half to even get close. As such, both have come to terms with being stuck in a meat mecha that is both protected from society due to appearing cis het, and still strong enough to protect those I care about. However, when it comes to name, pronouns, and general enjoyment of life, things are different for her. Being referred to with feminine pronouns is quite euphoric, most of the time, not being called by my given name is nice, though not as nice as other names that only those I really trust are aware of, and countless other little things that spur euphoric moments and glimmers. Not being able to fit in to, or ever be able to find cute clothes I can wear is another common dysphoric moment, as they are always cut with very specific proportions in mind and those absolutely don't fit me even if I got the right size. For me, unless I could shapeshift, nothing I could do would be enough, and the social benefits of the body I'm in are strong.

It's weird how the far right Christians are always accusing LGBTQ people, atheists and people of other religions of trying to groom other people's children. Especially since it's them who are always trying to pass laws to be able to force Christisnity on everyone else's children in schools. Growing up in Evangelical culture I was constantly asked, as a small child about my future opposite sex spouse and children. Every time that I said I didn't want either I got the same "you'll change your mind when you grow up". Nope. I knew myself better than they thought as a small child.

The woman who was positively intimidating about not being strong enough to be a woman... Would she treat any CIS woman the same? I think not.

personally loving egg memes(should say cause how youtube works i probably will not notice comments here) but i should spesify ive realised now a bit ago when i were 25(2 years ago as im 27) that im genderfluid which means a gender identety that changes kinda lived in self denial(do not like to use it as it is misintrepretted of people that do not get the term but internal transphobia), when i realised i were genderfluid that wall with internaltransphobia/denial kinda broke down and now ive realised im mostly leaning trans fem(will not go to in detail with signs but i deffantly had but most were just noticeable if you littreally was a mind reader as i followed gender norms), should say my trans fem name is Kayla now that i write that here, anyways i kinda feel like im ''breaking out of the egg'' while it is shatterd around me and honestly just love egg memes in general now even thought i know the term technically do not fit me anymore as im not in denial about it anymore

There’s a pretty good reason for why gay people get discriminated against. It’s mainly because a majority of them thing they are better, they are snobby, and they overall don’t deserve the attention they get. We’re all people here, everybody gets discriminated against. It’s just like how every other culture gets a month except white people because they “don’t get discriminated against” but that’s just not true, white people get discriminated a lot. I have been bullied for being white, I have been frowned upon, and I have also been told to “change my race”. People in this world are so screwed up, the best thing to do is just ignore them and live your life. So to all the people out there who might need this, be you. It’s not weird to be yourself. Don’t try and change who you are, don’t listen to the haters, just be you. (That doesn’t go for EVERYBODY though. There are some people who should make changes for the better of themselves)

One of the things I like to say to people who "don't get" an identity is that you don't ever know what's going on in someone's head but your own, so when other people describe their experiences try to take it at face value

the US is a big mess with trans kids in schools. I live in a solidly democratic area near washington dc and there is a substitute suing our county school system because she wanted a religious accommodation so she wouldn't have to abide by the gender identity policy. mind you, this was an elementary school substitute. she worked for a year and then as part of signing on for the next year she had to watch training videos, including one on the school system's gender identity that required her to electronically sign that she would abide by it. she says it's unethical for her to "assist children to present as other than their god-given sex" and that she also disagreed with the policy where students who are out at school but not at home cannot be outed to their parents by school employees. basically the whole thing is a created lawsuit; there is a law firm that tried to get the supreme court to hear a case against that latter policy after a district court rejected the case. the supreme court declined to hear it, so now he is working with this woman to try and push the case through again. I mean, imagine the situation where you had a kid being correctly gendered in math class, misgendered in english class, correctly gendered in civics and spanish, misgendered in gym...unacceptable.
